 DAL Appraisals is located in the Southeast suburbs of Chicago. The company has been covering the areas in Cook county for 14+ years. Originally from Chicago, DAL moved Southeast to Crete and has been operating there since.
DAL will provide a full report with all addendums in accordance with all current guidelines and regulations. Digital photos are supplied with all reports. In most cases, your firm can expect a faxed or verbal value within 48 hrs after inspection. Reports can be E-mailed via PDF format, faxed, or shipped via standard mail. You can always reach our appraisers during business hours at our office or after business hours via mobile phone.
In that rare case that an assignment cannot be turned within 48 hours from the inspection date, we will notify you (or the assigned loan officer) immediately. Also, if your client requests a future appointment date for more than a few days after an order is received, you will be notified immediately with that inspection date.
